Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

City of Firsts Community FCU can now provide all members over the age of 18 with $1,000 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (reduced to $500 when member reaches age 70).

This coverage will be provided by City of Firsts Community FCU at no cost to each eligible member. However, you must return a completed enrollment form. We must have a record of your beneficiary, as well as the information from which to issue your Certificate of Insurance.

In addition to the 1,000 of basic coverage that is provided for each eligible member by City of Firsts Community FCU, we have arranged for you and your family to be able to have up to an additional $250,000 of protection. This insurance is available through City of First at competitive group rates.
